New from Xendoll Shunde Shine Intelligent Machines Co., Ltd. the Digital Display Update Kit, model M10001A. Finally, a DRO designed specifically for the imported mini lathe, and this one has a built in digital tachometer! Resolution to 1/100th of a millimeter, the display will also read in inches. Each axis is easily zeroed by the push of a button, and reads in + or - directions. The tach resolves to 1 revolution per minute and updates quickly and smoothly. Installation is a breeze using the included 8 page instruction booklet. The encoders are a direct replacement for the Cummins mini lathe model 5278 (shown in pictures), the Harbor Freight 33684 (Central Machinery), Grizzly G8688 and the Homier 03911 (Speedway). It will fit most other 7x10, 7x12 and 7x14 mini lathes that use a 1mm thread pitch on the compound and cross slide leadscrews.
